During our time together, we will engage in various holistic therapies, mindfullness meditation and creative arts to create wellness and support our fertile ground. These practices will be focused on our (4) five guiding principles of the Feminine, and will be simple practices that you can take with you and continue at home– for self care and wellness care. These practices gives you back the control, that many times we feel we have lost, when we are faced with fertility challenges.
