AMMA: The Euskarian (Basque) word for MOTHER, in Yoruba it means CLAN & LINEAGE, in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese it means – to LOVE, in Sanskrit it means RAW, UNDIGESTED and in Japanese it means FEMALE PEARL DIVER.

This is the Mother community– supporting us as to come together, reconnect with Great MOTHER Source, normalize the Feminine in all her ‘RAWNESS’, re-establish our relationship with the ANCESTRAL world and SPIRITUAL GUIDES, re-awaken to the LOVE of our soul… and discover the PEARLS of our magic- as WOMEN.

During the transition from Matrilineal culture to Patriarchy— one of the most effective tools for weakening the will of women and disempowering them, was to ban them from gathering.

Due to separation, doubt was sewn into the minds of women, disrupting their sense of value, their sense of magic, and their sense of power. By not being able to, as well as, not feeling safe to, connect with nature, nor with each other, the old ways of the Feminine began to diminish, not to mention the threat of being punished for practicing the ‘medicine’ ways, or even losing your life. Slowly the ways of the feminine were lost through much of the torture, shame, demonization and violence of the women. After thousands of years of patriarchal regime, we have unfortunately internalized the patriarchal patterns of suppression and oppression of the Feminine, and continue to blame ourselves and believe the lies of unworthiness and shame.

Their regime has been potent and has kept us in the dark… severed from the truth of who we are and from our fullest expression. But the veils are lifting and the feminine is rising… within each and every one of us. Women are calling out oppression of WOMEN everywhere in the world… and we will no longer tolerate it. The shackles of fear are dissolving… and we are waking up to the ugly truth… becoming conscious of the patterns that keep us stuck and disconnected from our power.

The gathering of women has always posed a threat. A space where only women gather to speak about their realities, their experiences, their viewpoints, validating each other experiences and realizing that we are not alone…holds great and powerful medicine.

Women gathering is critical to rekindling the Sacred Fire of the Feminine in order to restore the LOVE into this existential crisis that we are witnessing on our planet. This is the medicine that our planet is needing… and that we are all needing at this critical time.

Women are losing their rights all around the world— we have to come together and support ourselves and strengthen the soul truth of our being.

What has happened to Feminine Spirituality? Where did it die out? Why have all the Spiritual Guides, Shamans, Prophets talked about mostly men? What has happened to the women… the spiritual cyclic practices of the women?

Did you know the first shamans were women? Did you know the first drummers that held ceremonies were women? Did you know that before patriarchy— which has only been a dominator culture for 5000 years, there was Matrilineal culture… where the Great MOTHER was worshipped and the sacredness of ourselves, the land and all physical reality was honored through an animist lens— value was inclusive of all men and women, as well as the spirit realm and the ancestral realms.

Most of that knowledge has been kept secret… hidden, discredited, shamed and even demonized through the patriarchal religious teachings. Eve has been blamed for the evils of ‘men’– original sin. It is time we gave up those patriarchal stories and re-store the blueprint of the Mother within— of the LOVE— the unconditional love— through the resurrection of Feminine spirituality.

In order for us to heal, and awaken to the Love, we need to awaken to the embodied practices of the ancient feminine mysteries that activate the medicine, the magic and the beauty of who we truly are.

As we come together to remember, support each other, listen to our stories and realize what is ‘normal’ in us… which is very different that what we have been told is normal in the dominating culture… we will heal ourselves, and strengthen the core of our being. It is time to reclaim the mystery– Feminine mysteries and magic of our being.

What will community do for me personally?

The changes we want to see in the world begin within ourselves. However, most of us, women, do not realize that most of the diseases, disorders, physical challenges, mental challenges, emotional challenges that we experience are rooted in a denial and shaming of our sense of self, basically in a separtion from our Feminine Essence.

We as women, have not had role model, nor much validation for those things we innately experience—like our periods… or menopause… or our emotional reality… or the ways that we think… and organically are moved to act. Most of what is innate to us… rooted in Feminine consciousness is rejected by the domination culture. And so whether we are aware of it or not… we have been separated from the deeper mysteries of ourselves, our bodies, our emotion and our soul… only to inherit the curated patriarchal ideas of who we are– based in shame and fear consciousness. Within us it shows up as inner judgment, critique, fear, co-dependency, inadequacy, unworthiness… self-blame and self-rejection.

Out of the total auto-immune cases reported, women account for 80% vs. 20% of men. The lack of safety that women live in… translates in their bodies and auto-immune systems— which is responsible for protecting ourselves. We do not feel protected— in the patriarchy— thus the bear vs. man viral video circling social media.

Our psycho-emotional, spiritual realities affect our physical health and wellbeing. Our disconnection with our essence results in dysregulation in our bodies… we see it in auto-immune, reproductive– hormonal issues, infertility, depression and anxiety. These are not separate issues. The disconnection from our MOTHER- Source translates into our bodies and affects our happiness factor.

As women, we need to nurture our soul… nurture our rhythms… nurture our feminine cyclical ways of expression… so that we bring harmony and alignment to our physiology… hormones, cycles, mind and emotions, all of which operates differently than a man’s. We need to experience feminine spirituality and embodied practices that have been hidden and kept from us… which nurture the wholeness of our being.

Our feminine community will bring you these hidden treasures, feeding your soul and allowing healing to all aspects of your being, so that you can be empowered to live and move out into the world, as you need to!

What exactly will we be doing in this Feminine community?

We will be engaging weekly… monthly and quarterly spiritual teachings and embodied practices rooted in feminine spirituality that teach us how to cultivate and embody our Feminine Soul and awaken to Feminine consciousness. These will also help to re-awaken and expand your mystical relationship… so that it is not just something conceptually, but rather viscerally felt in our body. When we can feel our Divinity and access the Ancestral liminal realms, we begin to reclaim the wholeness of our being… finding the safety within. Our nervous system begins to feel SAFE and we open up to the LOVE — and become resourced within ourselves– reclaiming the Feminine Sovereignty we have lost.

The Feminine Medicine teachings and embodied practices include but are not limited to: Womb Wisdom, Lunar Mysteries, Voice Medicine, Venus Feminine Collective, Feminine Shamanism… Body Wisdom & Soul Alchemy- Entering into the Darkness- the Collective Mother Womb. Everywoman has the right to know the magic and sacred power she carries within her— and stop believing the conditioning that patriarchal culture has tried so hard to brain wash us with. Together, we can transmute the wounds we carry and that our foremothers suffered with— it is time to reclaim our sovereignty— the embodied truth of our Feminine Soul.

Reclamation of our Feminine Mysteries, Wisdom and Magic!

Feminine spirituality begins with the reclamation of our Voice- energetically and literally. Using our Voice activates the pathways within us that bridge our Feminine Soul… and our physical body.

Womb Mysteries is where we hold the blueprint of Creation, Herself and activation Womb Wisdom is an integral aspect of Feminine spirituality practices. Embodied practices that activate the wisdom of our wombs– help to restore our hormones, nervous system and biological rhythm bringing us into greater health and healing.

Reclaiming our Emotional flow is also integral to our sovereignty as women. Our emotional expression has been shamed and repressed by the dominant culture– bringing greater levels of unworthiness to women. Our emotional flow is a jewel that allows the LOVE to flow… directly through us… as a vessel of this powerful Essence within.

Feminine Soul Shamanic Medicine

Women were the first Shamans, they were the Medicine Women, the Oracles, the Priestesses, the Divinators, Healers, Midwives and Death doulas. They were honored for carrying the mystery within them, and communicating, accessing and journeying with the unknown… the unseen and the liminal realms.

Our intuitive, instinctual, emotional capacities were seen as sacred… and were honored in dealing with the health and healing of the community… and our tribe.

The Shamanic realms of the Feminine is critical and in AMMA community we will be moving with these shamanic healing traditions, working with ritual and ceremony, and developing a relationship with the medicine we carry, in order to navigate the healing potential that exists within us.

Lunar Mysteries

An Ancient times, when Feminine Spirituality was the embodied way of living, the sky contained the mysteries of the Great Mother, and the moon was our direct Elder, guiding us with her phases throughout the month.

We, as women, are a microcosm of the greater macrocosm cycles– seen in the rhythm of the moon. She is our teacher… she is one of the wise elders. In our patriarchal culture, we have learned to live and move in ways that are not attuned to the lunar cycles, and thus have suffered greatly with dysregulated menstrual cycles, hormones, immune systems, nervous systems and much other dysregulation in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.

Learning the Daily Feminine Medicine Attainment practices– allow us to come into rhythm within our own Body; harmonizing our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our Self. This curated practice of the Feminine– helps us to align with the daily moon cycle, using our breath, our wombs, and our voice.

Dark MOON: we will also curate Dark MOON ritual and ceremony, monthly so that we can dive into the deepest darkness of the Cosmic Womb– where we can be nurtured, regenerated and held.

Full MOON: We will also engage in Full MOON ritual and ceremony… where we can connect with our Light… and celebrate our ways of greater expression.

Venus Collective Feminine

The Venus Cycle is our Guide into the Heroines Journey that follows the astrological synodic cycle of Venus.

Venus takes us through an 18 month process– that expresses the Inanna journey of death and rebirth into the underworld… and back up into the world.

Venus’s journey models the evolution of the Collective Feminine in our culture… and walks us through the monthly activation of each gateway– either through releasing (death process) or the embodiment (birth process).

In our AMMA community, we will walk with Venus… and experience the Shamanic alchemical journey of her, monthly… as we collectively re-awaken the power of the Feminine, through our own personal walking.

Ancestral Council & Spirit Guides

Our ancient ancestral mothers live within us– they are in our blood– but they are also here, all around us waiting for us to awaken and connect with them. They are here as our counsel– and our family. 

Establishing our Ancestral Council is key to feeling fully resourced and being a true human being, living and respecting all beings on the planet.

There are many of our female ancestors that were tortured, persecuted and executed because of patriarchal religious rule. Medicine women, Healers, Priestesses, Divinators, Seers– these were our ancestors. And they are waiting for us to free them… and free ourselves from the collective trauma.

In AMMA community we will be connecting with the wise and well ancestors once a month in a healing ritual in order to restore the integrity of your lineages and embody their wisdom and gifts.

I, Dr. Leonor Murciano-Luna will be the main guide in this community with some support healers– certified Feminine Medicine Women, that have completed our practitioner course, along with a monthly guest; Feminine Healers, Facilitators, Authors and women that are devoted to the birth of Feminine Consciousness.

Hi there, my name is Leonor Murciano-Luna. I am a “medicine woman”, supporting women to step into their Medicine! My medicine has taken various expressions throughout the years in the form of Integrative Doctor & Chinese traditional medicine, Healer, Writer, Artist, Sound healer and weaver of ancient Feminine Mysteries. I have spent most of my life– last 40 years diving into various spiritual paths and being initiated into their medicine streams, including Sufi path, Wu-Healer Shamanic-pre-daoist path, Vedic and feminine spirituality. Thirteen years ago… this body of work rooted in Feminine spirituality began to coalesce as Conscious Feminine Medicine– weaving together forgotten ancient traditions of feminine Lunar medicine, Earth medicine, Feminine mysteries & Womb mysteries and Ancestral Motherline Medicine… through sound, voice and sacred drumming. It offers us a Feminine path focused on healing, transforming and awakening to our divine true selves. I am also the author of ‘Birth of the Conscious Feminine- a new era of Feminine Sovereignty’ that maps out a journey for how to walk through and awaken to Feminine Medicine within ourselves.
